Operation Manager for the integrated management of the portfolio regarding airport operations in Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, with a permanent organization composed of 90 people plus subcontractors for the following Program line (110 People with volumes 15M € / year):

• Program GSE (Automotive): Management of the maintenance service of 2,000 ramp trucks at Fiumicino and Ciampino for the handling companies (Alitalia; etc) in addition to the management of specific institutional services such as emergency assistance on the runway, recovery of crashed aircraft, etc.

• Infrastructure Program (Plant engineering): Management of the program for the construction project of the airport infrastructure.
